Claire Wilkins - Real Estate Administrator Extraordinaire
With over 10 years of Real Estate administration experience, and having worked with some of New Zealand's top agents and agencies Claire has the skills and passion to help make your work life that little bit easier.
As a mother of two teen girls Claire understands the struggle of work/life/family balance. She started Freehold Admin after seeing how many Real Estate agents were in the same boat, with the balance thrown off by trying to do it all themselves.
When not behind a computer, Claire is involved with her daughters sports teams, managing and supporting from the sidelines. She is the regional event coordinator for Greyhounds as Pets, and regional contact & Coordinator for the New Zealand Virtual Assistant Network. She is also a keen tramper, and try's to get out as often as she can with her partner and girls. After spending much of her week online elbows deep in Real Estate Admin, heading off grid is one of her favorite ways to recharge. Don't be surprised if one of her open tabs is a topo- map while she plans her next trip away.
Queen & Dozer - Office Greyhounds
A valued member of the team since 2023.
Queen & Dozer joined the freehold admin team in 2023 after the sad passing our original office greyhound Gem.
After mediocre racing careers they joined the house and office adapting well to life after racing. Both can often be seen sleeping in the background of calls, or popping their heads up to say hi when on video calls.
When not in the office Queen and Dozer live a spoiled life of sleeping, eating, and being doted on by their humans. Much like their predecessor they are ambassadors to their breeds, and can be seen out tramping with Claire and the family.
